cgiblin81 Good morning! I just received your rating and comment and I’m sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Based on what you’ve stated, it appears that it was an issue with poshmark and their ordering system. Please let me know what steps you’ve taken to try to cancel the order and whether you have received any information from poshmark about this error and I will also check to see if there is anything I can do to assist you.

drdrt I have contacted CS many times. I received a msg that said the item was sold, then a notice it was being shipped. I bought it somewhere else. All I am trying to do is return it. I never accepted it. This has been the most confusing transaction. I am waiting to hear back from them to tell me how to return it for a full refund and how to receive return postage. Do you know anything about this? Thanks for your help.

cgiblin81 @drdrt did you send an email through the app? I sent mine through the app and received a response in a day. Go to the order and underneath it there is a menu bar where you can contact them. That’s what I did and they knew which order it was and who both buyer and seller were so it must connect that info somehow.

cgiblin81 @drdrt the only thing I know is that you can 1) cancel accidental orders within 3 hrs on the app and 2) contact the seller before they ship it and the seller can cancel. Orders are automatically accepted in 4 days after delivery if the buyer doesn’t do anything (on the page where you’d normally accept the purchase -there are options there for problems). I’ve been a customer on here for 1 1/2 yrs and haven’t had anything like what you’re describing happen and I’m new to selling.

cgiblin81 @drdrt I googled a bit to find a phone number: (650) 262-4771. That may be a better way to contact them than email (support@poshmark.com). They’ve already told me that as the seller I can’t do anything at this point and they’d have to work with you personally, so I’m sorry that this is all of the info I have.
