@thegreekgoddess I believe it is. I got it at a friend’s party and do not really know too much about the names. I think I recall seeing that name on the tag, but who knows? It has a waistband at the top that you can fold down, it is very flowy, the colors are great, . . . Anything else that might help?

@jdp1978 oh how interesting! So I’m in Indiana and this is a brand that originated in Fort Wayne, IN. My niece lives in Mississippi and it’s big there. And now I hear from you it’s big in Louisiana. On a side note, I have considered selling it at times but I’m just not sure how’d I’d do at something like that. Something to think on for sure.
