@00dollface00 I am so sorry. I took it to the UPS store and it sat there for nearly 24 hours as we just missed the post man. Rookie move, I will always take direct to the post office from now on. I did get an update on the shipping so you should have it no later than Monday. I am sorry. XOXO

@00dollface00 Can I ask you a question? I shipped an item and today I got an update that they were unable to access the address. What happens now? Do they return it to me and I am out of pocket the shipping? I messaged the buyer but have not heard back.

@waschau Go to the order & at the bottom of the page there is button that says "problems & order inquiries" click that & let posh know that it's being returned to you so that nothing is removed from YOUR funds. They will make sure your package is returned to you & hopefully the buyer just made a typo in their address & you'll be able reship & still get your sale:)
