mmonalissa003 Hi Theresa, I made a few phone calls and sent some emails, I was able to find some information about the package: such as the last scan , the weigh in at your regional USPS before it went out for delivery... According to the last weight, the merchandise was inside the 📦 when the delivery person left the facility. If something happens on his way to deliver the 📦 , he did not report it to the management team... I will keep you posted. Best regards
