Hi Theresa my name is Lena I'm a posh Ambassador and I saw your recent mishap from user Eagle2hearts. I am reaching out to you just because I really care and she sold me a fake Kat Von D palette that made me sick. All you have to do is receive the order do not accept it I repeat do not LOL. You're going to return the order and make a complaint because this is very dangerous to sell counterfeit makeup as you know. I got sick off of the pallet she sent me and I still have it

Basically all of her makeup was fake one made me sick so I network with Poshmark to have the rest of it taken down which was also fake I'm glad that you caught this because of some friends that made sure you knew it was not real. It just sucks a lot because you get excited about a good price on a possibly good palette. So I'm glad this was caught I just want you to know all you have to do is return the order and please make a complaint.

@selenacraine Thank you for letting me know this. I took the palette to a Sephora and yeah it's Fake . It's sad that people are like that I didn't accecpt the order she's not getting my money. And I reported her to Postmark Customer Service's which you should to maybe then they'll block her from selling Makeup. She left me a rude asf comment to I never once curse at her. But she is rude and very childish. Again Thank you so much for your help I really do appreciate it.

She will say anything possible to defend herself but in reality at least my 20 1000 followers know she is a fake and I will not stop until every single palette is taken down. Don't let her bother you she is absolute trash. I still have the fake palette she sent me I took photos of it I took video of it so I'm just waiting for her to make a move. I could sue her for what she's done

@tr0mero0407 go to beautylish.com you can get palette Fair Natasha to NOLA and you could do Flex payments on them they will still send you the pellet within 2 days even though you haven't paid for it all and you pay month-by-month til it's paid off check it out

@selenacraine The Lilia Palette , #1 it doesn't even have the product code on back or on palette #2 it's soooo light you know it's fake and # 3 the magnets don't really connect right. I'm taking it to either Sephora or Ulta today just so I can record and have it in some one else's words it's fake

I knew a lot about a lot of makeup except for Kat Von D but now I have educated myself

@tr0mero0407 I know about people on here!! You tube is VERY helpful to spot a fake, if Im suspicious, I do the research, so Im ready to send it back. Idk why Posh doesnt ban these people. I got banned from Mcari for nothing!! I had great customer service, I actually bought a palette, and sent it back, as soon as the customer got it, he put copy write strikes against me, and banned me!! I have a friend on here who I bought from all the time, she thinks it was bc we gave free shipping ..
