orngejulia So I just received your billabong wetsuit today… The shipping was super fast! The really big bummer is that you advertised that it was a 3/2 mm, but it’s actually a 4/3 mm, which is way thicker of a wetsuit than I was researching for. Is there anyway that I can return the wetsuit to you considering that you miss marked the millimeter thickness of the wetsuit? Most wetsuits are 3/2mm, which is maybe why you made a mistake. But, again, this one is 4/3mm for much colder waters.

orngejulia I think if I hadn’t checked that box, there would be an early process to return it. Hope they can come up with a way to return it. And if there’s a way to send you a pic to show you that it’s a 4/3mm and not a 3/2mm as advertised, that would be awesome.

orngejulia Hi again. So have you heard back from Poshmark support? I have not, which is super frustrating. I’m really bummed that this wetsuit is not a 3/2 mm as you described. I was not wanting to purchase 4/3 mm, which is way thicker. Do you have any solutions that would create an outcome for a satisfied customer since the item was not advertised properly?
