boopboutique @sassywifey well, when you place a grievance with PM they either side for or against you. If it’s for you they send you a shipping label and want you to send the entirely back to the seller. That’s why it’s best, if ever this happens again by mistake, to contact the seller themselves to see if they will make it right first before involving PM. It somehow makes it a bit easier.
