Hello. I am sorry you found a problem with the one pair of Juicy glasses. I definitely want you to be satisfied. I did not notice it in photo and did not try on because I knew they would not fit. I have asked Posh customer service if they can refund you $25.00 towards that pair and told them you did not need to return them. I am not sure how that works but will wait to see what they say. I will keep you informed.

Certainly other possibilities I didn't imply it was intentional.Not sure how you missed a noticeable mark on the arm. I'm sure you can understand my dissatisfaction after receiving the item. Your statement of "as you can see there isn't any marks or scratches on anything." Simply, did not match the condition of the item. So, yes, I will return the glasses. Hi I did here back from them they said “Thank you for reaching out to us! It looks like the funds have already been released to you for this order. Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund.” How about if I send you a Visa gift card for $25 I can mail it out tomorrow. What do you think?
