tshowen @queensdh I wish I knew to check my email a few days ago, I was looking in messages. I found their instructions to submit evidence but it won't work, I cannot enter anything after 'item not as described'. I sent email #5th and requested they Call Me. I am so frustrated with Posh, don't know what to do if I get another prefab answer that isn't helpful. Since the order is closed, you have my money, can you send my shoes? if Posh won't send a label, I will mail the nightgown back on my own dime.

Unfortunately the buyer no longer wants it because it won’t arrive in time. I also asked that they send me a label to ship the shoes. Once I get the nightgown I’ll send your shoes

queensdh @tshowen for future reference if you go to your purchases section, you can file for a return from there. I did tell you that before. However there is a time limit to do this. Hopefully you won’t have to ever do it but that’s where you do it. The same place where you accept your order. Again I’m sorry for the mix up. This is the first time I did this. So sorry

Posh sent me this evening- Once you have received your order and confirmed that the incorrect order was sent to you, please open an Item Not as Described case by going to Order Page → Problems Order Inquiry → Item Not as Described → Received Wrong Item. ....”. So, WHERE IS THIS ORDER PAGE? I’ve looked everywhere.
