azeleakuba1 Hello, I ordered some Kate Spade pumps from you that were very cute. Unfortunately, when I received them the left shoe was so squeaky. Did you know this before putting them on poshmark?

theresa_crist @azeleakubalI did not know that I sold for a friend and I don’t think she would know either because she is a 7 and they looked to be brand new to me so that is so strange but whatever the protocol is that Poshmark does they having you send them back and refund you that is fine by me and I am so sorry I have never had any complaints on my stuff and those are a beautiful shoe so I will definitely take them back and give them back to my friend or something 😢

dyehill60 Hi Theresa. I know with you being new, you may not know they only allow 5lb weight limit per bundle. you go as much as 10lb but, they charge YOU $4.50 per extra pound which comes off your sales. So, I note on my listings “5 lb weight limit per bundle “. They can bundle again but, have to pay shipping on each bundle. They would have to pay for one bundle. I know you have jeans for sale and those can add up to.weight. Probably max 3 jeans per bundle to avoid going over 5lbs. 😊

theresa_crist @dyehill60 oh gosh no I did not know that thank you so much for the tip I will have to put note on that and also remember that when choosing my box for items because I often reuse a box from a Amazon purchase and those can some times be heavy so I thank you my friend 🙂

dyehill60 @theresa_crist that’s true. I sometimes put them in a box ahead of time before making an offer to someone when I’m not sure. That way you know you’re covered before making an offer on times especially on those jeans and larger bundles. 😊
