@7togo I'm sorry about the packaging. I'm in the middle of moving hand the only box I had and could find at the post office. But the necklace is in perfect condition. I do not appreciate the 3 stars since the necklace is in perfect condition.

@sofoula27 I gave you 3 stars for packaging because you didn't add any kind of protection and a simple ziplock bag was NOT enough to protect it.The posts on the earrings arrived bent and the teardrop section link was broken so that the teardrop no longer stays on one of the earrings. I cannot wear the earrings. The necklace was fine. I do apologize for not somehow writing to you in another way to let you know, but I couldn't see how to do this.

@7togo I do apologize if it got damaged during shipping. I'm not sure if it did and how it could have but I do apologies. That zip lock bag is actually the original bag that I received this gift. I may have another set or earring similar to the necklace if interested I can send you for free. Please let me know I do try to please all my customers. Thank you.

@sofoula27 As I see it, it's a good price for the necklace even if I can't use the earrings. Thank you for the offer, but I believe you thought they would be fine. I strongly suggest you "over package" in the future. One never knows what can happen in transit.
