lolas_boutique_ @shopposh2day Hi! I have your order out. Yesterday was a holiday so it’s still not showing up tracking! I wanted to touch base and personally thank you for buying from me as well. I usually send my packages with ribbon and a thank you card but I am out of both and didn’t realize it! I’m sorry! I was a day later than usual sending it out my grandkids have all been so sick and I dont trust my usps guy to pick up from our house. He has lost several packages since December! lolas_boutique_ @shopposh2day Hi as a seller the 3 star rating REALLY REALLY hurts my seller status. I am trying to help my husband support our 4 grandkids and this rating has me in tears. I did everything right , I can’t help it didn’t fit. I would have been more than happy to send measurements. I would so much appreciate if you would rate me better than that. I sent you a gift as well. I try so very hard and things like this just kill my spirit and kill my seller status. Please please change your rating.

lolas_boutique_ @shopposh2day Shocked? Why so? I’m trying to be very nice and to make you happy. Offering to take it back ,saying sorry etc. I don’t know how I shocked you. I am and have been so upset in tears over this. I didn’t do anything wrong. I included the size and brand ,shipped , wrapped and gave a gift. I tried very very hard to make you happy I sent you a thank you message prior to you getting the item as well. I guess I should start including measurements but usually if a buyer has concern they ask

I am NOT trying to be rude ,mean, hateful or anything in that manner. I simply thought it was unfair. I also don’t want you unhappy. I do care about you being upset as well. What can I do?

I was as nice about it as I could possibly be. I’m not sure what you mean really. I suppose you could have taken it wrong, not sure how but I’m sorry if you did. I never meant to hurt or upset you or send ant ant message out of the way. I never want to be a rude person. Even if someone is rude to me I don’t do the same. So I’m sorry if you thought that.
