rainy2269 Hi Thomas, I am new here and am the seller with the Red Size 13 Jordan Sneakers. Poshmark cancelled the order I believe due to me not finding an appropriate box to ship to you quick enough. I believe that I need to have you "rebuy" them when they show available again. What's confusing is that they are still listed as "Sold". Maybe you can help me figure out what's going on here as I haven't heard from Customer Support yet. Thanks, Doreen LoPardo

rainy2269 Yes, I haven't changed the price but am trying to get Customer Support to release them so you can "rebuy. Do you know if my issue may have been that I didn't ship within 7 days? I assume that may have been the problem - was just about to ship on Tuesday after the holiday and then voila, my email from them stating that they cancelled it. When I do hear from them, I'll let them know you still want the sneakers and I am ready to ship today or tomorrow. They're ready to go! I'll keep you posted.

thomascotner65 @rainy2269 yes after 7 days poshmark cancels all orders because they told me they should of been shipped with in 1 to 3 days and they give you up to 7 days to ship after that they cancel all orders I really want to buy them from you

rainy2269 No worries - I could even ship them to you on my own if they can't resolve the issue here. Then we could work out payment. I have your address as I had printed the label on Day 7 and didn't make it to the Post Office on time before I got that email.

rainy2269 OK, I just heard back from Customer Support telling me how I can get in touch with you. I ended up figuring that part out on my own. I asked them is they could make the sneakers available again as they still say "Sold"!!
