clothednclutter @tcconway8 I've learned to ask as many questions as possible. Bust size, length, any damage like holes, stains, pilling (little fuzzy balls from wash wear). Even if the pics look nice or the question seems silly it's worth asking since you can't return unless it has undisclosed damage. I've just hit my 100 items purchased mark since Sept 2016 and I've only had one issue so far. (Knock on wood) I barely shop new in store anymore.

clothednclutter It saves alot of money and is better for the environment even if it is a small deed done. 😊 I've even had people measure the bottom of the shoes before just to compare to my own. Or ask for additional pics of inside tags so I can Google the style number/name for reviews. Its not annoying, its smart shopping!
