Here is my response from PM on how to proceed:”please have the buyer file an Item Not Described case once the item is delivered so our team so we may better assist the buyer in a proper return case. If your buyer has any questions or concerns, please have them contact our team directly so we may walk them through the return process. This is done to ensure that payment is not released and your buyer is fully covered. “

@tompsy Hi - thanks for getting back to me. PM will send you a return label if you start a case by submitting a “item not as described” claim. PM will pay for return shipping. I sent you the directions in a previous message. I do still have your shorts. In order for me to send them I need to cancel your original order (you won’t be charged) and re post. You can re purchase for the same amount. I apologize for the mix up. They don’t make it easy to correct mistakes. Thanks again.
