Overwhelmingly expen$$$$$ive. Everything should have been covered but my husband dropped dead in our driveway most unexpectedly. He was relatively young and had no will upon his death. He co-owned a successful business with his brother who proceeded to steal everything out from under us upon his death. The Life insurance payout, daughters college fund, retirement account, our home and even the furniture because it was all in the business trust. We now live hand to mouth but we are good people with strong morals and ethics. We accept this as God's catalyst to creating positive change here on Earth. All too often we hear of horrific stories of people getting scammed of their inheritence. It seems if we dont work to create change to the system no one else will. Hell hath no furry.....My daughter is a straight A student working and studying day and night to become an attorney. Upon passing the bar She plans to sue her uncle while also working to change outdated probate laws and represent the underprivileged, underdogs and the forgotten.
