neptual Hi Thu Mai, I recently bought a bundle from you and paid full price but you left out a pair of underwear. I was supposed to receive 11 pair (hoping you might include 12) but you only sent me 10. How do you want to handle the discrepancy before I let Poshmark know?

trustedmagicmd @neptual oh I'm sorry did I miss count? I'll send the missing pair, or if you order again I will include 2 extra pairs in your next order. I don't know how to send refund in poshmark though. if you know how to do partial refund, let please me know.

neptual @trustedmagicmd I could send the entire order back? A refund would be issued. I’m sorry but I’m not going to spend more money to receive something I’ve already paid for.

neptual @trustedmagicmd Thank you for sending the missing pair. I hesitate to leave a comment on the purchase since it wasn’t that positive except the last part in which you quickly mailed the missing pair of undershorts. The shipping of the initial order was delayed and I requested prints (since you offered in the post) and only received one. I get it if you don’t have them but don’t offer the choice if you cannot accommodate. But again, thank you for sending the missing pair.

trustedmagicmd @neptual thanks for the feedback. where did you leave a comment requesting prints? if there was at all any comments requesting prints I would have accommodated. I have all colors thus they are pictured that way, but when I have to pick just 6 out of multiple colors, then I randomly picked them unless there was a request for any preferences. sincerely

neptual @trustedmagicmd you would need to get back to the original bundle I put together. Poshmark isn’t allowing it since this transaction is now complete. But I requested prints and lighter colors.

trustedmagicmd @comprargangas thank you for the feedback. yes I will let you know if I can get a hold of them again. I also have other models that run more true to size. the GymShark Dreamy Mesh leggings are very cute and also have 4 vibrant colors left in medium (black, steel blue, dusky pink, and citrus Yellow), they have side pockets and a very smooth fabric. check them out if you're interested. if the knit style comes around in larger size, I'll let you know.
