shop_abouts Hi Thuy, Hope u can help me understand the 4 star rating on the $110 New with Tags ... Chantelle Bra u received from me. U seemed disappointed in my item description. I’m not sure what more I could have provided. I provided 10 photos (several were stock photos showing fit on model) & others showing all angles and features for u to clearly see details on straps, cups, side bands & closure hooks. Poshmark views photos as most important feature in listings.

shop_abouts My photos & written description included more info than most sellers provide. What more information could I have provided to have received 5 star rating? Please know I have sold many of this exact bras & all were very happy buyers who left 5 stars off this same listing. So I hope u can understand my confusion and sadness in your lower rating.

shop_abouts May I ask if there is any chance for u to reconsider your rating? In Poshmark’s view anything less than 5 stars means u had a poor buying experience. A 4 star means the same to them as a 1 Star :( I really seek to exceed my buyers expectations with many photos, well written descriptions and same day/next morning mailings. My best, Susan
