gr8brittany I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase. I included a high res image of the drawstring. It's disheartening to get a low rating, over a flaw that was noted & photographed! No mention of cute packaging, handwritten note, or free gift? Since I can't rate you as a buyer for everyone to see, I'll just leave this comment! That was a harsh rating.
