Hi! So sorry my packaging didn’t meet your needs. I literally never even opened them from their original packaging from the manufacturer. Please let me know if you have any specific issues you encountered. I sold these boots at a significant loss and will not be purchasing from the wholesaler again. Hope you enjoy them as I think they are sooo cute!
