songmakeup Hi Tia! Unfortunately mistakes do happen. I bought my Kat von D palettes from a seller I've worked with for a long time, and also a huge set of Sigma brushes. Because you opened this case I went out to the mall to check my brush set and the palettes, and I'm not sure about the authenticity of both any longer. I've definitely lost more than you have from this. Throughout my time in makeup, I've dealt with many fakes, but I am not as familiar with Kat von D.

songmakeup If it's okay with you, I will buy you a new palette from my Sephora and send it to you with the receipt from the store. I will also include a couple of mini samples to make up for this mess, and email you a shipping label to return the fake palette to me.

songmakeup I'm very sorry that I didn't catch that these were fakes. I hope that we can close the case and that you can recognize that I do give my all to make sure all my makeup is completely authentic. I have removed all of the palettes from that batch from my closet.

sweetlullaby13 @songmakeup Hey. Thanks for reaching out to me. I'm not upset at all. I figured that you most likely didn't even know that it was fake. I don't believe that you'd purposefully send me something fake. Thank you for offering to send me a brand new palette. I really wanted it for an event this weekend, so I'll just have to to Sephora and buy it at this point, but I'm def still interested in being a future customer of yours. :-)

sweetlullaby13 @songmakeup No, no that's not necessary. Like I said, I don't fault you for any of this so there's no need to go out of your way. This was my first purchase on Poshmark and it sucks that it didn't go well, but I don't want anything more than a refund.
