@mrsdee8876 Thank you. I did loved your closet. As an ambassador/mentor I made a purchase seller canceled and I never received my refund from Poshmark I am really disturbed by this. Can you help me I have emailed repeatedly and I continue to get the same email. If you don't know can you please pass it in our hell me contract the right person. Please.

@miaamor9. I'm not sure that I can help but I certainly can make some suggestions.
1)Poshmark doesn't release payments to sellers until you click accept order. Did you maybe accidentally select that?
2) When you emailed Posh, but...did you click on the item you purchased and select the problem/order inquiry and then select contact Poshmark?

3) I have had some problems along the way and did #2. I heard from Poshmark each time, usually within 24hours.
4) Did you check your spam to make sure your reply from Poshmark wasn't there?

@mrsdee8876 no the seller contacted me and let me know they cancelled my order due to water damage. So I never received the merchandise or my refund and it has been past 15 days.

@mrsdee8876 No I got an email but no refund. I am going to completely slow down on Poshmark they definitely wouldn't do Serena Williams this way. One time is enough for me shame on them. I will go to the bank to have my funds reversed I have tried to reach out and I even called and left a voicemail. I'm livid by their actions a month for a refund is ridiculously insane. Thank you for your concern and help. I don't want a buyer to ever think I don't have integrity when it is clearly postmark.
