brandy_r912 I was blocked from commenting directly on the page... I’m so sorry this happened to you! Go to your profile, click on “my purchases”, click on the purchase you want to have refunded, then click “Problems/ Order Inquiry”, select the topic most fitting (I think there was a “Not Authentic” option). Make sure you include you Poshmark username and order number, then write why you would like the refund. It may take a day (it did for me) for a response. Again, I’m so sorry this happened to you!!
