lisabrickert Hi, I received a consignment bag yesterday that was assigned to you as the consignor. Is it yours? I can’t list anything because PM has deactivated the bag so I don’t know what to do with these items.

lisabrickert @tiabusiness when I click on the consignment bag it shows an error message “unable to load”. I contacted support yesterday & today again but in my experience they do nothing to resolve these issues. Does consignment bag 32P5SB belong to you?

lisabrickert @tiabusiness it was delivered to me if someone wants to pick it up? It won’t get fixed through PM. I’ve listed 12 bags successfully but there are at least 7 that I have dealt with that were either assigned to the wrong owner (consignor) or had the wrong ID or were never delivered. They never resolve any of them.
