sumflower22 Hi! I purchases the Algenist Collagen from you last week. I just opened it today because I ran out of the mini I got from Sephora. The consistency is way off from what I had. Can I ask where you got it from amd how old it is? It's like the product was separating. I accepted it because I didn't want to open the seal until my other one was gone.

sumflower22 @twnkedee Honestly not sure. I would have to return it to you on my own and pay for it since I already accepted it on Poshmark. This taught me a lesson to open everything even it it's new. Do you have any suggestions on how we should handle this situation?

sumflower22 Is there an email address I can send photos? I looked up the cream on Sephora and took a picture of what was in the jar I got. It definitely is not the same. The deluxe sample I got from Sephora was a heavy white cream. In the jar it looks separated and coagulated.
