vanessa_pg @tianah623 could you check if the address you provided is correct? Do you have to be present for the delivery? The jacket has been going to and back from CA for past the 2 weeks, I will go to the post office today to inquire about it but please check on your side too This never happened to me before

tianah623 @vanessa_pg my address should be correct. It’s 1216 Lincoln Street Fairfield ca 94533. I see it’s been stuck on the East Coast. I assumed it was because of the blizzards. Sorry it took me so long to respond to this. Poshmark doesn’t make it easy to view. I shouldn’t need to be present. How weird!

vanessa_pg @tianah623 hey, at the post office they couldnt help me much and suggested to call customer service instead and I will when I come back to the city tmw, its insane a 2-day delivery takes so long. Ill text you first thing tmw when I speak with them :)

vanessa_pg Hey, I called customer service (took me 1 hour to get in touch) and they told me the same as the website, package is delayed. I can file a claim but need your full address (unfortunately I dont have it saved). It seems that your local post office might be the problem though as I read online that it happened to other people. It might be a good idea to check with them directly? Not sure what else to do. They keeps bouncing the package and its been 17 days now :/

vanessa_pg @tianah623 just an update, the package is at your post office in Fairfield, is it possible that you go there in person to pick it up? I am afraid they will kick it back again to NY. Alternatively you can call them at +1(707)425-2789, I tried to call them multiple times today but no response. This USPS has been extremely unreliable and unprofessional

tianah623 @vanessa_pg I got it. Holy smokes. This package looks like it’s been to hell and back several times. No wonder it got kicked back so much! I can email you a picture if you want to see. It’s also addressed to someone in North Carolina on the back, so maybe that’s why it got kicked back? Lol 😂This has definitely been all around the country!
