jlbranham Hi, you purchased my Eddie Bauer sweatshirt and rated a 4 for poor shipping. It was shipped the very next day. I received an email saying it was delivered but buyer couldn’t locate it. Not really sure why I was rated poor shipping. My sales are always shipped either same day or next day depending on time of sale. If my mail has already gone out for the day, sales are gone the next mail day.
