baby423 Yes hi. I’m relatively new to poshmark, I’m a retired English teacher but inexperienced Using this site. Doing my best. I bought your light brown design lengths hair extensions. I have bought them many times before at Sally Beauty. Yours arrived looking like they were washed or worn . And they are nit straight. Can you please explain they are in this condition. I do not want hair extensions that have been worn , Not even for 5 minutes. I’m sure you can understand my concern, . Thank you . Linda

tcuratalo @baby423 Hi! I had never opened the box myself to see the conditioned. I assumed they were new when I purchased them but never go around to opening the box or using them. I believe you can request a return through poshmark. I have never done it myself. Sorry to hear it wasn’t what you expected.
