hautecali Hello ! I am sorry you were not satisfied with your order. The item was not clean? Could you elaborate on how and what I must have missed? I would have gladly accepted a return of the item if it was damaged/unclean in any way. A return could have been a solution? The one star rating is very unfortunate for a seller on here, and I take pride and care in my store and have a 5 star rating and strive to make every customer happy so I would happily have refunded/compensated you for the sale.
