atlantacat @imogengty Hi there. This is cat. You recently bought an Isaac Mizrahi dress from me and I accidentally swapped the labels. You will be receiving a white long sleeve dress. I am so so sorry. When you receive it can you open a case through customer support please? You will get a new label and will have to swap out the wrong item. I am so sorry for this inconvenience. I am a dummy

atlantacat @imogengty yes . You will get a White House black market dress. When you do contact customer service tell them you received the wrong item and they will send you both a new label to send the item to each other. Sorry for my stupid mistake

sallygugugu @atlantacat Hi Cat, there’s a problem. I just received the dress today but according to Poshmark it’s past the 72-hr window to report problems. Hence, I cannot request a label from them to sent back the wrong dress. Is there anyway we can complete the process otherwise? Thank you!

atlantacat @imogengty Let me try to contact Poshmark support. Would you contact them again too please? I believe they will still send you a label. They still haven’t responded to me from my very first email so I don’t know what’s going on.

atlantacat @imogengty no I dont have it. Received a Message 4 days ago that the dress( Isaac mizrahi dress) was in transit .,. I’m assuming to you . The Whbm dress needs to be sent to the other buyer .they , Poshmark, should have sent a return label to you both so they can be swapped..This mess will only get straightened out when you both get the correct item. PM just responded to me yesterday!
