tiemanna Hey, I have a quick question. Since the shoes were NWT what happened to the heel replacements that usually come with the shoes when purchased? As well as the box? I will be accepting the order soon & do love them! Will be taking them to a cobbler to get his opinion :) Thank you!

tien_le2 @tiemanna hi, I moved recently and had decided to not keep any boxes as they take up way too much space. As the heel replacement, I probably put them in a jar somewhere. I never had an issue that need to replace them before so I never pay much attention to them. I always take a picture off all the things that come with the shoes. For the pair that you bought, dust bag was all I have. Thank you for purchasing from me. I’m glad you like it. Let me know if you have anymore questions. 😘
