mrsknle @msmars84 Hola- I received a note from PM saying your package was tracked as delivered, but you can’t locate it. I’m sorry to hear this and apparently they are working on it. Please reply to update me once this is resolved and I will do the same if I hear anything on my end. It may take a couple days but glad they are on it. Thx for your patience.

mrsknle @msmars84 Hola- I heard back from PM customer support. They suggested that as the potential buyer, to make sure that you report this issue to them as well so they have your complaint on file. They can continue to research this issue and ensure you are not charged for what sounds like a postal error/issue. I am so sorry this happened and again, I do hope it’s resolved soon. If I get any additional info, I will most certainly pass it on.
