tsmith409 Hi Tiff! I have to pay the shipping difference since the dress is a heavier item than Posh allows, so I can't go under $20 for my earnings or I'd lose money on that sale. The shipping is $15 on my end over the $7.99 fee Posh charges. Sure you understand. I did mention it in my listing. I sent you a reduced price but its not that low thanks! ☆♡
