naunney Tiffany, I wanted to let you know I received a message from Poshmark regarding the shoes you purchased from me. Let me first apologize that this has happened. I have never had anything like this happen however I do take it very serious and want you to know I did not send the shoes you sent pictures of.

naunney If you did receive them then it leads me to believe a crime has been committed and I have to file a couple of police reports one of them will be IC3, the other will be with the US Postal police (someone had to open the package and replace the brand new never worn shoes I listed with the worn out ones sent in the pictures) and then one with my local department as well as yours.

naunney Please know I take this very seriously and will prosecute whoever stole my shoes and replaced them with the ones you stated you received. I have video and additional photographs that were taken during the packing of your shoes that will be provided for the case as well. I appreciate your understanding while I look into what took place with this order. I hope to have a answer soon. Thanks!

naunney @bagfam How did you receive them and what was in the box? Can you post pictures of all angles of the shoes please. Poshmark will determine if the refund is approved as I am not able to due to me knowing they were not the ones I mailed.

naunney Sort, I didn’t see the photos you posted already. I have not had this happen ever but believe it is up to Poshmark as to what happens. Should they approve a refund there would be no need to return them to me. Sorry this has happened to both you and I. Hopefully they will have a decision in a day or two..

naunney Only one thing I can be certain is the ones you purchased were in excellent never worn shape. Once it left my hands I have no clue what took place. Again I apologize you didn’t get the ones I mailed out

naunney Hi Tiffany, Juat wanted to reach out and say thank you for returning the box. I have absolutely no clue what took place however very happy that Poshmark refunded you as well allowed me to keep the funds for the sale. Hope you will visit my closet again in the future. I can promise you that is not something I would sell to anyone and would be frustrated opening a box with that mess. Again sorry and thank you for your business.
