nojunkhere Hi Tiffany! I’m sorry you did not like your sunglasses! I’m sorry if there were more scratches than you excepted. You can open a case with poshmark and I will happily take the return. I want all of my customers to be 100% happy.

If you go on your app to my purchases and click on this purchase, there should be another place to tap that says problem with order. Tap that and just write that there were more scratches than you expected and you contacted me and I approved a refund and a return. once the item is shipped back to me and it’s delivered they will release your money.🥰

nojunkhere @tiffaniransom Also another tip! In the future if you ever buy anything off PM that is not as you expected, before you accept the order, click the button that says problem with order and describe your issue with photos if you can and submit it and then posh will open a case and help you! It’s easier that way!
