imirkiza @tbarrow430 Hi Tiffany, Can you please not ship the shoes if the return shipping label you received has a PO Box address? Unfortunately, I don't have access to this box right now; I contacted Postmark Support and updated the address on my end. The correct address will have an apartment number. Again, I sincerely apologies for this inconvenience! As a way to make it up to you - I will refund you the cost for LOFT Sandals and ship them to you at no cost :)
