sparkandblue Hi Tiffany, thank you for the offer on the beautiful WHBM dress. Unfortunately, Posh does not allow me to offer free shipping on a counter offer, so with $6.49 added to your $45 offer would actually cost more. I will decline your offer, if you then create a new offer at $39, I will accept it and it will offset the shipping. I hope this makes sense- I’ve had to do this before, your dress would ship from South Florida tomorrow 🌹
