tporter0212 @katzkoz Hi, nice to meet you. Thank you very much for your support. I do have a question if you don't mind? How can I create a bundle for a customer? I'm not able to figure it on. I don't get the bundle icon on my items. I read that sellers can't create bundles but I've seen them do it. Thank you for your assistance.

katzkoz @tporter0212 Yes, U can get bundles 2 ways 1st.They can ADD to their bundle by hitting the ADD TO BUNDLES button which means U dont have to do anything. All they have to do is check out and its automatically calculated with Ur discount that U set up.(to set THAT up go to Ur main page and select SELLERS DISCOUNT). So, that's already handled but, if they ask for a special price on several things that Uve already agreed upon, U have to make a special bundle ...cont

katzkoz The 2nd way is to either edit a listing w/1 of the items they want & if U still have photos of the other items they want, add those to that listing. OR, just make a new lusting with the items in it. If U don't gave the photos, no biggie....just list what it is, size, brand, etc....change the price and write something like "BUNDLE FOR @ xyz" and tag the buyer with it. Do U have PHOTO GRID? If not, download it off the internet. Its free & makes life easier!

katzkoz If U have to do any of this, like someone asks U to create a bundle & U get stuck, just grab me & I'll comma runnin'! Its not that hard, just new. Photo Grid helps U fit the whole item in the Posh frame. Stop fighting with angles on the camera. Takes some practice but its fun.

tporter0212 @cassyerry95 Your welcome! I'm so glad you like it. I did receive the bath salts but haven't used it yet. I kept the jar opened in my office this afternoon smelled so good. And Thank you for the surprise gift. Me personally, I love epsome salts and buy the sents constantly. So Im pretty sure I'll like them ;) I'll let you know when I do use them.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj Happy new year girly. Sorry for the delay in response. I will work on replying to you now. If you can't find whom you purchased from you can check by selecting 'my purchases'. Also, you should have gotten an email confirmation for the purchase. Check those and you should be able to find out who you bought from. In most cases your items should arrive in 2 to 3 bissiness days. The sellers name or closet will be on the label.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj You cannot list the items as NWT. That will cause a ton of issues for you. 1. The item would not be as described. 2. Be going against the Poshmark and boutique rules. If marked as NWT and these no tag a buyer can report you and open a case agai st you. If you haven't read through the FAQ's as it will provide you with a lot of info regarding the poshmark guidlines, you should. The FAQ are really good.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj I know that they state you can make your own tag, if you are a boutique/past the test. Then you can sell the item as NWT. However, in my opinion that too can create issues as our closest are not a brand. I feel that not marking an item as NWT does not impact the sells. Just simple state that the items are new, packing was opened for pics and measurements.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj You can even take a pic of the items packaged. Don't stress over the NWT, it's all about presentation. I think people understand that alot of bulk purchases don't have tags. Please note that I have tried making my own tags I felt like it complicated the sells process and caused confession.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj Remember that the buyers are counting on you to be honest and persist on your listings. They need to feel secure about making the purchase. As you are a stranger and they cannot hold, see or try on the actual item. As long as they feel comfortable with you and know that your listing are 100% accurate they buy and continue to do so from you. Always look at things from the buyers end.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj I would also buy a couple things so you know own how it feel to be the buyer and you have experienced that. I've only had one good experience buying on here. So all the awful experiences deffinatly shined some light for me and gave me ideals on how to make the buyers experience pleasent.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj I don't think it's necessary to have both styles of vest but that's up to you. I think it could maybe cause some issues. Kinda like competing against your self. I would only do one style at a time. So I had a couple cotton ones, one was my old one and the other was too big. So I sold those. Then I got two more from a local boutique, I sold those. Then I said let's see what I can find wholesale and found the polyester ones.

tporter0212 @haleyannarj Those were a hit. I stayed with those. Those are selling and sometime having another option makes it hard to sell both. You know how us women can be when we have to make a discussion. Lol I say stay with what works and whats the better buy. Plus you do the want to over invest in one product either. I hope that helps. Lean unto him for strength and peace. Your package lifted my spirit. I have a terminal illness related to lukima. I love victoria secret pjs so soft. I also only weigh 89lbs so there a little big. I'm going on one last family vacation and wanted new pj's but not at the VS price.

I deducted stars for poor bussiness, being unprofessional and rude. 2ndly don't continue to attack me than block me. I know own your only being defensive bc I called you out on bad bussiness, manors and product.

tporter0212 @marleyblue There's a right way and a wrong way to handel things. In my opinion you handeled things incorrectly. Even IF my statements were incorrect which for the record the were accurate and I stand by them 110%, as a seller, a person who's job is to provide customers service, make people happy and have a good experience you should have asked what could be done if anything to rectify the issue not attack me bc you didn't like what I said.
