judypk1 Hi Tiffany I just recently purchased a skirt from you but unfortunately it had a tear in the back hem. I really like the skirt and would keep it and repair it. Would you consider an adjustment on it. Just thought I would ask. Thanks so much

karunathreads Hi, I'm really sorry to hear that there was a tear. I thought that I had looked the skirt over thoroughly, so I don't know how I could've missed this! I had to research Poshmark's refund policy, and I think that they only do full refunds and not partial refunds. Fortunately, you have pictures to show the problem and to get a full refund. Poshmark should be sending you an email about it soon. Again, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment and wish I could've seen the tear sooner
