tiffanycolgin @mommystreasures not this particular thing this is just a pattern to bling out its so cool though it's a pattern of dots and you put the patern under your transfer paper then the transfer paper is just like sticky box tape and where ever u see the dots you put a hot fix rhinestone like the ones that iorn on well for each dot it goes upside down on the sticky paper
