sargebill @tiffanyloves2 I started early getting the meat done, it gets nasty with the egg wash and flour, so that's out of the way, I let the meat soak overnight in Italian dressing and tenderizer. cut my potatoes that night too gets the starch out, in the fridge with ice cubes, shocks the potatoes making em crispy. 😋
