bvickery @trodery1 hello I purchased some women’s sanuks and the were sent to Tyler, Texas as I do not live there and never have. They are being returned to you but I would still like them. The street number and street is correct but the city town and zip is wrong.

trodery1 @bvickery I am so sorry! Have you reported the problem? It won’t let me download a shipping label again. It says it is being processed? I wanted to see if the issue was already being resolved or if I need to request a new shipping label. Thanks!!!

bvickery @trodery1 hi! I did report the problem I’m not sure if they have fixed or not yet they haven’t responded again about it. But the correct town is San Saba,Texas 76877. Do they have a phone number to customer service that you might know of? They do not respond to emails very quickly.

trodery1 I rebuilt the listing if you want to try to repurchase. Maybe that will fix it?? I have to delay it waiting on them to resolve the issue. As long as you reported a problem when the other listing it should not charge you for that transaction?? Or they will reimburse you I assume. That is what has happened when I reported and issue in the past with an item. Our other option would be to wait until they send a corrected shipping label.
