tauna66 @bellecouturebtq Hi Tiffany, the bundle feature is when you want to buy more than one item from a closet so you only get charged one shipping fee. If you don't bundle your items you will get charged a shipping fee for each individual item with separate shipping labels. Or a buyer will want to bundle and may want you to make them a offer on their bundle that they are wanting to buy. You can give them a lower price or decline it.

tauna66 @bellecouturebtq you can go to your account settings by hitting far right tab at the bottom the icon with your screen name on it. Then go to my sellers tools. Then my seller discount. Here you can automatically set your discount for your buyers.

bellecouturebtq @tauna66 - so I think I've just stumbled across two scammers. I didn't think about the first one, so I emailed them 😩😩😩. The second one... I realized pretty quick it was a scammer. What is their MO to have you email them?

tauna66 @bellecouturebtq Hi, there MO is to offer more than your asking price. They promis to send you a certified check and ask you to cash it to show their good will before you send your item or they arrange for someone to pick it up. The certified check is counterfeit. The bank doesn't catch it for a month or so down the line. So not only have you lost your item but now you're in debt with the bank if you spent the money from the check.

tauna66 @bellecouturebtq hi, bundling is when they want to buy more than one item. This way the only have to pay one shipping cost. Sometimes they will make you an offer or want you to make them an offer at a lower cost for the bundle. You can offer the same price or give them a lower price. But be sure the bundle is under the bundle icon and not the likes icon. You can counter offer if there asking price is to low
