homenetworkshop I ordered a Christmas outfit on Dec. 7 for my granddaughter. I waited all month for it to arrive. I did not receive this until Dec. 26. I was and am so disappointed that she did not have this for Christmas pictures as I was counting on it. I want to return this item. "Girls Christmas Holiday Snowman set new"

gooddealcloset @homenetworkshop Hi, I'm so sorry it was happened with your order. As you can see, you placed your order on Dec 7th, I shipped it out on Dec 8th. And it support to arrived within 3 days but during Holidays season USPS didn't make it. But I see it was delivered on Dec 24th a little late but on time for Christmas. I wish I could accept return for your order but as Poshmark policy they not accept return, if I personally accept your return they not refund me 20% selling fee as they already took.

I did all I can, I didn't do anything wrong with the listing... This is USPS service, and this is unexpected situation during Holidays... please understand. God bless! Happy New Year! homenetworkshop @gooddealcloset I am trying that avenue as well. All they want to know was "Has it been delivered?" Which it has. I will wait to hear from them. I dont blame you and at this time I hope to resolve this satisfactorily.
