thriftylotus I just mailed your Star Wars headband from FL yest...it hasn’t made it there yet??? Not sure why you have opened a case when my package hasn’t arrived yet but please check your labels.

poshmamatiff @thriftylotus The ears is the only thing I have ordered that has not been received which is why the case was opened. I have just seen your response with the tracking number which is due to arrive Thursday. I do not know what I received or from who and will note the claim.

poshmamatiff @thriftylotus They are a Christmas gift and I cant wait to see them. I have noted the case and I am so sorry about all of this. I tried to see if I could delete it, as I've never opened a case before, but I couldn't find information on it. I'm hoping the support team sees it soon.
