bridge51 @tiffanygosney hi, would it be possible to send the jeans back? I checked with my daughter, she said that is how the jeans are cut (with larger calves). It was very clear in my photos and description. And there are several other level 99 skinny jeans on poshmark that have the same shape leg.

tiffanygosney @bridge51 I can send them back if you like to send me a label but i asked customer service about sending them back and they advised no need because you still got paid. These jeans are a different cut. They are not lily as stated in the listing. They are either Rinimi or Liza cut. I have 5 pairs of the lily which are more slim in the leg.

bridge51 @tiffanygosney there are 5 pair of lily level 99 jeans on poshmark that have the same cut. So strange. I don’t think I was paid since you cancelled. It doesn’t show in my balance.

tiffanygosney @bridge51 really? I will email customer service and tell them for you. Look up lkmed's listing they are the exact same pair and they are not listed as lily

bridge51 @tiffanygosney hi ! They finally contacted me. Told me everything was canceled and that I’m basically out of luck. I asked them to send you return shipping label, if they won’t, I’ll see if I can send you one myself. Sorry this has been such a hassle.

bridge51 Heard back again from poshmark customer service, they said you must have misunderstood (about them paying me through their insurance) therefore I will not be paid nor will they send you a return shipping label. They told me I shouldn’t have refunded you. I’m so frustrated by this whole process. Lesson learned.
