ssmiley89 Hi! I’m really sincerely sorry about the shipping time for your Tunic. I co-manage my closet, and this item is with my partner, and she had a hard time locating it after reorganizing her posh room. She assured me she’s trying to get it to PO today, but if she can’t, I can cancel and return this for you. It would be tomorrow at the latest. Again, I cannot apologize enough. It has definitely opened my eyes to needing to do some reorganizing of my own. This is unacceptable.

I then cancelled the sale when I didn’t hear back because I didn’t want your funds to be tied up. I do have access to my things again and can resist the item if you would like. Just lmk.

thegirlwithcurl Hi Tiffany! I am so sorry about the mix up in your Poshmark packages. Of course, this was not my intention. Oddly enough the person who was supposed to receive what you did accepted their package quickly as well. I would suggest going to your purchases page, then to the Puella dress, going to ‘problems’ and there may be an option for you to contact Posh support about this. Like I said, I am sooo sorry this happened.

theposiepatch I checked and there is nothing I can do to contact Posh since the item cleared after the 72 hours. I should have had my husband open it and send me a photo but I did not think to do that. 😕
