deecf No problem returning the iron for a full refund. I’m not sure what happened but wish you would have reached out to me nicely before leaving the negative review. I would never have sold something that wasn’t working. Please return it and yes, I will refund the full amount. Why would I ship out a broken product knowingly. I’m sorry you were upset but please give someone the benefit of the doubt. Again, I will gladly refund the full amount.
