haute_and_soul Hi Tiffany! Thank you for the order I shipped your pants today I did notice that I had the pants listed new with tags. After processing them I realize the tags were removed. 90% of my items are new with tags because I order my items from liquidation and surplus companies so I can assure you these pants are new and never worn. However, for any reason you are not satisfied I would definitely take the return. So sorry for any confusion. Ericka
