I’m so excited my family and I just got got home from Disney today and my husband looked everywhere in the parks for this purse for our 11th anniversary but it is sold out everywhere online as well. megi I'm sorry you did not like your purchase It is canvas on the inside not cardboard. You may return them if you want and I would be happy to refund your money to you. I've never received anything less than a 5 star rating If you were not happy at the time of delivery, you should have contacted me first and I would have refunded you and not have left a bad rating.
